Introducing the ELAS Project, a significant step in our commitment to creating a more collaborative and welcoming work environment for women. With an engaged participation of 57 female employees, the inaugural event marked the starting point for monthly meetings, where we will discuss essential topics from the female universe, fostering dialogue and empowerment.
The debut theme was: ELAS speak about mental health. However, we will also address motherhood, violence against women, professional challenges, sisterhood, and many other subjects in the coming months. The ELAS Project is integrated into our Women in Mining Program and is part of our pursuit to value diversity with respect and empathy.
